Committee Descriptions and Overviews
Publicity Committee
The Publicity has been very active in Quest Village for the past two years. This committee is repsonsible for the formatting, printing, and distribution of the Village Crier (our neighborhood newsletter) as well as for the timely update of information on this website. In addition, this committee posts signs and meeting announcements throughout the neighborhood to inform residents of upcoming meetings and events of interest. For more information, or to become part of this outstanding committee, please contact Judy True.
Recreation Committee
The Recreation Committee has been instrumental in establishing, organizing, and maintaining neighborhood events such as the " Spring Fling", " Fall Fling", and annual Neighborhood Garage Sale. This is a FUN group to be involved with and they do a number of things to benefit Quest Village and help establish us as a community, rather than simply another neighborhood subdivision. For more information, or to become part of this outstanding committee, please contact Kelly Troy.
Maintenance and Security Committee (M/S)
The Maintenance and Security Committee is the backbone of our HOA committees. As the group responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance of our community, these folks are actually average residents who are very concerned with ensuring that Deed Restrictions are enforced and that our neighborhood is maintained and not allowed to deteriorate like so many others have done. Individuals on this committee drive around and review the neighborhood on a bi-weekly basis, reporting any violations to the Board of Directors and our management company, Liddiard Management of Texas. This group is responsible for starting and Coordinating the Neighborhood Watch Program in addition to dealing with other important issues such as reporting light outages and working with the City to install additional security lights and increase the number of police patrols in our area. For more information, or to become part of this important committee, please contact Tina Erales.
Landscaping Committee
The Landscape Committee is the one to work with if you are interested in the beautification of Quest Village through activities such as annual tree plantings, park landscaping, common area maintenance, and other such aesthetic contributions. This committee works closely with the City's Parks and Recreation department and has a direct impact of the beauty of our community. For more information, or to become part of this outstanding committee, please contact Judy True.
Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee works closely with the Maintenance and Security Committee to ensure that residents are adhering to the agreed upon Deed Restrictions and that no construction, extensive landscaping, or other such services are performed without the authorized approval of the Quest Village Homeowner's Association. This committee also ensures that no structures are erected outside of established guidelines and that all construction standards are maintained so as to not detract from the beauty of Quest Village. For more information, or to become part of this outstanding committee, please contact Kevin Harris.
